-Roasted Groundnuts- One and half cup (without their shells and covers)
-Honey- 1 Spoon
-Sugar- 1 Spoon
-Salt- 1 Quart Spoon
-Olive Oil/ Vegetable Oil – 2 Spoon
• To make peanut butter at home, first-of-all clean and take out all the shells and covers of roasted groundnuts.
• Now add roasted groundnuts without covers, olive oil, salt, sugar and honey in the grinding jar and grind it until it turns into a paste with creamy texture.
• Now check the grinded paste, if you want to make the peanut butter smoother, then add 1-2 spoons of olive oil according to your need and grind it again, and now you will get a very fine and smooth texture.
• At home, it is easily prepared by becoming a healthy and pure peanut butter. Healthy and pure peanut butter is now ready at home, you can store the prepared peanut butter in an airtight container in the fridge up to two weeks.
Help in weight gain: Peanut butter contains omega-6 in rich quantity, which is fatty acid. If it is taken in larger quantity, then it can also cause damage, but it helps to increase your weight up to a great extent.
