This is the procedure to make burger patty from Pork
1. It is a product, prepared from boneless pork meat. Minced chicken is used to prepare it.
2. Add refined flour, salt, spices, ginger, onion and garlic mixture, raw egg, oil and cool water in a perfect ratio and mix well for 2-3 minutes. 50-60 grams of mixture is taken out of it and then it is cooked for 15-20 minutes in already heated 180°C – 190°C oven.
3. Pack it immediately after it cools down. This product can be kept in “Deep fridge” for 6 months.
